About Lifetimer Boats
After more than 40 years in business and over 6000 boats in service, Lifetimer Boats is known for a product that is both high quality, extremely durable and competitively priced in the boating industry. From our own West Coast to the waters of Peru and Egypt - Lifetimer is a reputable company with long-time memberships in Boating BC, BC Marine Trades Association and the American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC).
Eric Duncan and Geoff Howard fished, played and worked around boats while growing up on Vancouver Island. The two of them started Lifetimer Boats after realizing no one was building the type of boats they would like to own… boats that would stand up to as much fishing, water sports and rough water adventuring as a boat enthusiast could ever want.
Since the company began in 1980 it has branched out into building commercial boats, making an extensive line of truck/vehicle accessories, fabricating aluminum equipment for the Aquaculture industry and general custom fabrication- all areas where quality and value are the key to success.
As of the summer of 2000, Geoff has retired and Eric was the sole owner of Lifetimer until 2023. Since then Eric has sold Lifetimer and for the first time in 43 years Lifetimer is owned by someone else.
Mathew Boyles who was an employee of Lifetimer for many years is the new sole owner of Lifetimer, Both he and his team are more dedicated than ever to expanding our market into the U.S and globally. Lifetimer Boats is committed to building fully custom boats that satisfy the most demanding requirements of people who know, depend on and love boats. The team of designers, draftsmen, welders, fabricators, fitters, mechanics and office/sales staff who make up Lifetimer today, are also determined to make the company and its products simply the best on the market.
